She will tell you if you play your cards right you are in control and then there is nothing to worry about. Im positive she's changed my life and changed the way I feel and think about dating. its a REALLY great story of someones imperfectly perfect life.
You feel her pain sometimes, and you laugh with her sometimes. I think shes bright and funny and sad all at the same time.
She also like many women (including me) let everyone know the hurt the sadness the anger in her personal life, WASN'T anyone elses fault, you have to stop blaming other people and get out of the misery and move the fuck on!! She pointed out EVERY type of man women date. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? Her and that damn orchid, driving to that mans house. Its that moment when you hear this broken little girl who feels like she just lost the last straw holding it all together. I could tell she was holding back tears even just bringing up her dog Chica. What was one of the most memorable moments of Drinking and Dating? If you could sum up Drinking and Dating in three words, what would they be? She changed my life in a little over 5 hours Brandi- Love you girl, but narrating is not your cup of tea. I finally gave up after making it about half way through. All it did was make me want to pull my hair out. I bought this thinking it would be a good distraction during my commute to work on a train. Because listening was completely maddening.
If you really want to read this book, I suggest doing just that. I hope no one is actually reading this book thinking they will take anything other than low self esteem away from it. I am officially on team Leanne from here on out. She is supposed to be known for her "take me as I am" attitude but in myopinion she just came accross conceited, materialistic and incredible arrogant. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the actual storyline, afterall, this is someone famous simply for being on a reality tv show, however, I thought she'd be more. What was most disappointing about Brandi Glanville’s story? I can't even stand them on-line, let alone hearing them be read by Brandi. The non stop hashtags were the icing on the cake. She has a "lithp" that gets a pretty irratating, but moreso are her frequent odddly timed pauses. I give her props for narrating it herself but could possibly have stomached it a little longer if someone else had done it for her. I am a Brandi fan, but listening to this book was like nails on a chalkboard. What disappointed you about Drinking and Dating?
